The theme for this curriculum is fantasy and reality. Students will learn how to express their personality through surrealistic art. So that they can create their own surrealistic self-portrait in Photoshop.  Students will know they’ve got it when they can use materials and processes to create art that expresses their intent, apply an understanding of fantasy and realistic art to personal and historical artworks, and explain through critical analysis, the function of their own artworks.
